Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen
Supervisor to join our team in the Food & Beverage Operations
department. This role is integral in maintaining the high standards
and efficiency of our kitchen operations across various client
locations, including educational institutions and healthcare
facilities. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the daily workings
of kitchen staff and ensure that all food items are prepared to the
highest quality standards of Aramark, thereby delivering an
exceptional dining experience to our clients. Supervise and
coordinate activities of kitchen staff concerning food preparation,
presentation, and timely service Monitor compliance with health and
safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving Plan
menus in collaboration with other culinary staff Manage kitchen
inventory and purchase supplies as needed Maintain budget and
record all expenses Ensure kitchen equipment is regularly inspected
and maintained Provide training and continuous development
opportunities for all kitchen staff Resolve any issues related to
staff or food services in a timely and effective manner Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Proficient in using kitchen equipment and
utensils Good at problem-solving and decision-making Able to work
in a fast-paced and stressful environment Knowledge of best
