Description:
--- Establish strong HR partnership with organization and assigned functional groups.--- Coordinate all recruitment/employment activities to support talent acquisition for Operations, Sales and Medical functions. Source and recruit candidates, conduct pre-employment screenings, participate in interviews as needed and oversee offer and onboarding activities. These activities include direct hire, pipeline development and external recruiter support. Draft, review, revise, and update job descriptions that will attract top talent to meet the needs of the organization.--- Serve as a resource for managers regarding human resource related issues including performance concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. --- Maintain good employee relations through effective communication and prompt attention to employee concerns while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.--- Provide performance management guidance to management teams. Manages the annual performance review and compensation planning process for assigned functional groups. --- Work closely with site HR Partners and VP, HR on process improvement projects, revising policies and procedures, lead and/or coordinate various projects and initiatives within the HR department.--- Train as backup to Payroll Specialist.--- Other duties as assigned..

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource function--- Direct hands-on experience in multiple aspects of Human Resources such as employee development, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and employment law--- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local labor laws--- Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues--- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization--- Ability to understand and continually improve business processes and systems--- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and videoconferencing systems, Previous experience with Paylocity Payroll and HRIS software--- Strong internal and external customer service focus--- Ability to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and strong prioritization skills--- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates during the Recruiting process PI130776608
