Looking for a strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting. Focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous automotive industry knowledge and expertise to expanding the business.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide full life cycle recruitment and evaluation for VIA Motors corporate openings and manufacturing plant positions.
• Understand the need for a positive candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Responsible for providing internal customers expertise on formulating a strong recruitment strategy based on global and regional market trends.
• Implement, drive, and manage strategic sourcing programs and processes to ensure staffing aligns with current and future division workforce needs.
• Workforce planning: assists in building proactive plans to align workforce supply and demand across divisions for key positions.
• Utilizes social media sourcing strategies for candidate pipelining.
• Meets with internal clients on a regular basis as potential gaps are identified and researched for identified key positions
• Work will partner hiring managers to forecast needs, launch requisitions, build pipelines, negotiate/extend offers and drive mutual accountability.
• Facilitate open communication up to the executive director level.
• Build long-term hiring plans for identifying and attracting diverse talent.
• Analyze and track market hiring trends and compensation packages.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision required.
  • The versatility to operate remotely, whilst maintaining close communications with the team at headquarters
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Capacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes, and adapt quickly while remaining flexible.
  • Proactive with the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, stress management, and communication skills.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field required.
    • 5+ years of full-cycle automotive engineering recruiting experience.
    • 3+ years experience in corporate or agency recruitment required.
    • 3+ years experience with social media tools to drive candidate talent pools and build talent brand.
    • 2+ years of creative sourcing for volume or niche roles.
    • Proven offer negotiation tactics.
