Title: Technical Lead IVLocation: Detroit, MI (Position begins remote, but may transition to a hybrid schedule at some point)Note: This role is NOT open to C2C candidatesWe are building and implementing a new Document Management System, and is seeking a Technical Lead to run and manage the technical delivery of the Integrated Operational Data Storage project(s), and hold overall responsibility of ensuring that the technical body of work is deployed successfully with the highest quality and within budget. Ideal candidates should have strong experience in DMS repository, generation, and exchange (upload/retrieval).Position Requirements:Excellent project management skills, including the ability to execute and deliver on multiple development projects simultaneously while managing a diverse group of technology staffTechnical acumen to manage highly talented infrastructure architects, solution architects, data warehousing modelers, ETL developers, and application development staffStrong experience in document management (storage, generation, exchange, etc.) and with intelligence capture tools, paired with an understanding of the business processes/systems they correlate toAbility to maintain alignment to Enterprise Architecture by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic enterprise technology initiativesAbility to translate requirements into lower-level application designsWell-versed in running technology projects in an Agile and Iterative mannerAbility to communicate effectively with internal customers, executive management, peers, and technology vendorsExperience mentoring/training lead developers in ensuring timely delivery while adhering to best practices and standards/regulationsPrior experience as a Lead Developer or Application Architect servicing Document Management Systems/solutions highly preferredExperience with Hyland Alfresco, FileNet, Inspire, and/or Kofax preferredA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other relevant technical field; Master's Degree, Technical Training, or additional Certifications highly preferredPDN-99274000-6ee2-4b98-89c1-467f93dd709d
