competencies. The Charging Control Systems Technical Specialist is
responsible for:Development and design of high voltage charging
systems for electrified powertrain applicationsAbility to design
and test application level software for the HCP/EVCU to interface
with the onboard charging, HV battery module and other
systems.Ensuring the engineering processes, methods and best
practices are followed in developing existing and future
technologiesManaging and leading controls development for advanced
projects for AC, DC, Wireless types of charging or discharging
systems, including diagnostics, conformance, interoperability,
validation, and customer interface requirements. This includes
onsite testing and offsite at project validation sites.Develop,
update and implement associated standards in SAE, ISO, IEC and
IEEECompetitive analysis, coordination of advanced technology
projects and participation in advanced projects to validate systems
towards production implementation and support resulting updates to
SAE, DIN, ISO, IEC, IEEE and UL
