Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical TrainerLOCATION: New Hudson, MI - TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 30% travel (locally, nationally, and 5% internationally) INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 interview process (1st phone/video conference, then an in-person interview) TOP 3 Skills/Notes from Hiring Manager:

• Minimum 2 years' experience with troubleshooting/resolving Industrial Assembly systems issues.
• Familiarity with robot programming and diagnostics - Blueprint and electrical print reading skills required.
• Excellent communication skills/ training & coaching experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: To best serve our customers and on the job training, we are looking for a Technical Trainer. This supports our mission in providing safe and high-quality training to our service team to performed with great efficiency to our customers. As Technical Trainer, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to our service team and customers developing and performing classroom, on-site, and on-the-job training on our brands and products to provide a great customer experience. You will report into the Field Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
  --- - - - - - - - - You will familiarize yourself with IAS equipment and material resources.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will develop training materials (presentations, booklets & hands-on exercises)
  --- - - - - - - - - You will train Atlas Copco IAS personnel in the correct use and operation of Atlas Copco IAS equipment.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will train Atlas Copco IAS personnel in advanced diagnostics on Atlas Copco IAS equipment.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will evaluate Atlas Copco IAS personnel and develop individual training plans.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will identify strengths and knowledge gaps within the Field Service Engineer team for accurate Skills Matrix input and Employee Training Program scheduling.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will train customers in the correct operation of Atlas Copco IAS equipment.
  --- - - - - - - - - You will market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions.
  --- - - - - - - - - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 5% of the time with use of a roller or assistance.
  --- - - - - - - - - We have flexible work hours are a requirement.
  --- - - - - - - - - Traveling is required is up to 30%: locally, nationally, internationally - 5%
  --- - - - - - - - - Perform other related responsibilities by the Service management team.
  --- - - - - - - - - This is a full-time position with an office work schedule. Must arrive early or stay late occasionally to assist with events, guests/visitors, or meetings.Minimum (required) qualifications:
