Job Description:
The Senior Software Developer's role is to lead and manage all
aspects of custom software creation and maintenance. This includes
coordinating and supervising activities, as well as actively
participating in design, coding, and test planning for application
modules developed by both in-house teams and offshore resources.
Successful performance in this role requires excellent
communication and problem-solving skills, along with a deep
understanding of software development and DevOps best

training.Responsibilities:Orchestrate development projects and
corresponding strategies between business units and development
teams (onshore and offshore).Give practical day-to-day leadership
for the execution of scoping, development, testing and deployment
activities. Ensure that development projects meet business
requirements and goals and fulfill end-user requirements. Identify
and resolve systems issues.Ensure the collection and coherent
interpretation of the various business processes affected by
integration efforts.Work diligently to enhance or improve business
processes via integration and continuous improvement, or, as
necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those
processes.Evaluate results of development projects, then report and
make recommendations based on findings.Lead Azure DeVops tenant
migration with experience in Azure services (AKS, SQL MI
etc.)Experience in design and development of Micro services
Architecture.Experience in designing and developing CMS based
websites.Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in CS or computer
engineering, and 5 or more years of work experience in software
development, including enterprise level application
development.Experience with business and technical requirements
analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology
development, and data mapping. Proven ability to lead a project
team to success.Strong background in risk management methodologies
as they relate to integration/software engineering.Strong
experience with REST API, jQuery, Angular.js, ASP.Net MVC, C#,
JavaScript, languagesStrong experience with SQL databases,
including building schemas needed to implement custom
applications.Experience with Mobile-first development.Experience
with Azure DevOps or similarly applicable cloud environment
experience. A candidate who can assist in establishing deployment
pipelines in Azure would be a plus.Other skills that will be a
plus: JAVA/J2EE, JSP, PowerBI, GitHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure
