Role: Senior DevSecOps Developer
Location: Detroit,MI
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $market All Inclusive

We are hiring an AWS certified Senior DevSecOps/Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. In this position you will help us build and maintain our cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS services, container technologies, and modern web development frameworks. Able to work independently and as part of a global team and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of backend services in Java Spring Boot and Python and front-end applications in ReactJS using AWS services like ECS, EKS, Lambda, AWS Amplify and AppSync.
• Design and develop REST APIs following best practices and secure coding practices, experience integrating the APIs with AWS Cloud Front.
• Design and develop the integration of 3rd party software / data services with AWS (Amazon MSK, S3, Dynamo DB) for data exchange.
• Integration of Identity & Access Management using OpenIDConnect, OAuth, SAML with AWS Cognito.
  Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps /Full Stack Java Developer.
  • AWS Developer certification required. AWS DevOps certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience with AWS services, container technologies, and modern web development frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS SageMaker and AWS Personalize to operate on Client models.
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code development and CI/CD deployment experience with AWS CloudFormation.
  • Team player, working with a global team of engineers spanning across different time zones to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for cloud computing and software development.
