Job Description Job Description Work Model: Hybrid – 40% Remote / 60% Onsite Office: Oakland General Office (OGO) Onsite Days: Tuesday – Thursday Duration: 7 Months Pay Rate: $81/h About the Role We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support high-visibility initiatives by managing data requests end-to-end and developing clear, well-supported responses to external and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong project management, writing, and analytical skills , along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines. You will work cross-functionally, operate independently on most issues, and play a key role in shaping program plans, deliverables, and strategic recommendations. Top Skills We’re Looking For Strong project management, writing, and editing skills Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints Ability to assess issues and recommend solutions Strong analytical and communication skills Key Responsibilities Case manage data requests from start to finish, including strategizing and developing responses to external questions Partner with cross-functional teams to provide collaborative, factual responses using quantitative and qualitative data Verify facts, validate commitments, and compile supporting evidence for statements and responses Work independently on most issues and solve moderate to complex problems with a fresh perspective Provide direction on overall program plans and goals Own most or all deliverables within the program implementation plan Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management Develop new and ad-hoc reports, summarize findings, and provide business insights Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: 6 years of related experience or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired) Strong writing and editing skills Advanced knowledge of Program Management Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of management Proven ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines Understanding of key business drivers Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams Experience working within a Regulatory environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and recommend solutions
