you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the Architecture and solution
design, setting Application and development best practices and
managing the Technical leads, while working alongside a talented

responsibilities : Application & Development area: Develop and
implement best practices for Servicenow platform: Release and
deployment strategy Development strategy and best practices
Configuration, and customization Architecture area: Lead and
implement an architectural function to Ensure architecture review
council is stood up as forum for design decision making Own
Foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion
of the platform for each new capability implemented Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to align the platform's capabilities
with business needs and objectives . Stay up-to-date with the
latest Servicenow features, enhancements, and industry trends to
drive continuous improvement Management: manage and mentor a team
of ServiceNow technical leads Relationships with worldwide teams:
Operations inside and outside the COEI, running the platform and
all its Applications . Delivery: Project managers and their Agile
squads ServiceNow COEI: Solution Architect, Architecture Lead,
Demand Managers, Product Owners, User Experience Lead, Change and
