Job Description:

The North America Quality organization is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Warranty Intelligence Room (WIR) team. The WIR Project Manager is responsible to identify and scope emerging warranty spend opportunities, as well as track deliverables and work with cross-functional teams to drive cost saving project implementations. The candidate selected will report to a Team Lead and should have working level knowledge of data and analytics tools that are commonly used within the Stellantis Quality organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify, scope, define, and analyze emerging warranty spend opportunities Work with a cohesive team of Project Managers and Engineers to implement proactive solutions to warranty spend topics Work with cross-functional team to drive implementations on open WIR projects Track and measure individual project implementations Validate project savings on monthly basis with Warranty Finance representative Support ongoing Total Warranty Spend (TWS) War Room activities Help to coordinate TWS workshop activities Lead the High Warranty Part Pricing (HWPP) process within the team Lead the Labor Time Study evaluation process within the team Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
