Job Description:
STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT This student program will follow a
hybrid/in-person model. Students will be based at a Stellantis
manufacturing facility in the Metro-Detroit area and are expected
to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs.
Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal
business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected
for the program will work with their manager to determine a
consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the
24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During
the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours
per week. This determination will be at management’s discretion.
Applications are accepted year-round, and student program cohorts
start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September,
and students are intended to stay in the program until graduation.

department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The
assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and
allow the student to provide valuable contributions. Students

corporate business culture through work assignments, structured

Program · Eligible students may be able to participate in the
Company Vehicle Employee Lease Program DEPARTMENT DETAILS The
Wellbeing Health and Safety (WBHS) student employees will support
and aid in administering standardized Health & Safety processes to
ensure compliance to federal, state, provincial and local
regulations and corporate policies and procedures. The WBHS student
employees will help achieve world class status and impact corporate
savings through the elimination of occupational injuries/illnesses,
property damage and improvement of production efficiency as well as
safeguarding the health and safety of all employees. The specific
position will focus on health and safety compliance, Wellbeing,
Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001), and health and safety
improvement goals. This role will directly aid in the day-to-day
processes that support WBHS. During their time in the program, WBHS
student employees will rotate approximately every six months to
other manufacturing sites or to corporate WBHS. Management will
determine the rotational assignments based on business needs and
student employees’ work aspirations.
