Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor associate to join their team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: General Labor Location: Brook Park, OH Pay Range: 22.48 per hour Shift: 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM What's the Job? Manually lifting 50-70lb bags, boxes, or tubs and moving pallets as needed Performing general cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to ensure safety and compliance Staging materials throughout the day for production and upcoming shifts Relieving other positions during breaks, lunches, or as needed to support team operations What's Needed? Manufacturing and industrial cleaning experience Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently Willingness to follow safety and GMP standards Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for me?
