TITLE: The Assembler has the responsibility of setting up and
assembling pleats for HVAC and other products for customer
specifications. ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Skills/Abilities: Resolve assembly and production issues.
Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment. Prepare and clean
assembly area prior to production setup. Assemble parts into
complete assembly. Set up assembly for production. Inspect product
to verify production specifications. Maintain required quality and
production levels. The ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Other job
duties as assigned. Education and Experience: 1 year or less of
Assembly/Factory work High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical
Requirement and Work Environment: Must be able to lift 50lbs or
more. Standing for long periods of time. Dusty, fumes, toxic
chemicals. Cold/hot outdoor temperatures. Hours are 6:00 am to 4:30
pm Monday thru Thursday and sometimes Friday and Saturday during
busy times.
