Job Description Job Description Description: SUMMARY: This
position is responsible for learning the assemblies and operations
of production. The employee will be expected to know each of the
different job functions that make up the assembly line of various
product lines. The employee will be responsible for attaining the
production rates established by the Production Manager in order to
meet customer delivery schedules. To perform this job successfully,
the selected individual(s) must be able to satisfactorily perform

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cross-train in different production
operator jobs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Attain production goals within a reasonable period of time. Assist
in ensuring materials are at the work centers in a timely manner in
order to avoid inefficiencies and lack of materials when needed.
Responsible for understanding and following all safety procedures,
policies and standards. Foster and operate in a continuous
improvement environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to work independently, be
self-motivated, prioritize, and execute work activities. Must have
proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions in
English. Detail-oriented. Ability to effectively communicate with
peers and managers throughout the company. Ability to effectively
handle a variety of tasks. Ability to learn and follow work
instructions. Good sense of safety. Strong sense of personal
accountability. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position is moderately active
with the majority of the work done in the production area.
Alternating between standing and sitting throughout the day Clarity
of vision both near and far (includes use of computers) Seizing,
holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s)
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Reaching, pushing and pulling,
below and overhead The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish
