Job Description We are seeking a Level 3 Cloud Services Support Engineer to join our team! You will be the key interface between our customers, field engineers and development and handle customer cases on a primarily Windows platform. You will be located in the Utica, MI headquarters, and occasional travel might be required.Major Responsibilities:- Provide phone/email/chat-based customer support to our growing customer base- Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information- Strive to resolve customer issues based on SLAs- Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through means of professional, proactive and personal service- Work closely with our team to determine root cause and possible solutions- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating solution articles, how-to guides and videosWhat You Need for this PositionAt Least 4 Years of experience and knowledge in:- Windows Servers and Desktops- Office 365 Support and Migrations- VMware Server- Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop- Recent/Current experience with Endpoint Troubleshooting- Cisco and/or MerakiPluses:- SQL, Exchange and SharePoint experience- Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, VMware, Citrix and others- Digium Switchvox or Asterisk phone systems- Kaseya, Labtech or other RMM solutions- ConnectWise, Autotask or other PSA solutions- Computer and Network SecurityWhat's In It for You- Benefits- PTO- 401K- Occasional TravelCompany Description Based out of Utica, Michigan, we are shaping the future of Cloud Services for the Independent Insurance industry with a uniquely integrated platform that combines all the support and services needed to run a business in one wheel-house.
