Job Description:

The Role

Effectively build and manage a lead generation pipeline.

Assign leads generated through our chatbot to the regional sales team.

Assist our CRM specialist as needed in updating and maintaining leads and opportunities.

Work closely with our Sales team to streamline the lead cycle and enhance our customer's experience.

Assist in tracking our lead pipeline process and provide sales team with bi-weekly reports showing the status of their open leads through our CRM.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing initiatives.

Support our digital marketing specialist in the creation and execution of our social media platform and with content creation and editing as needed

What we expect of you?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with chatbot software or other digital marketing tools a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adjust to shifting priorities, complete deliverables on-time, marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently or with a team, manage ambiguity and ask for guidance when needed.
