Job Description


  • Testing of ADAS feature in virtual environment and labs
  • Update and maintain test procedures
  • Use available tools and SW to write test automation scripts
  • Work with Design Release Engineers, Lead System Validation Engineer, Feature Owners, Vehicle System Integration Engineer, Subsystem Bench Lead Engineer, Subject Matter Experts, Data Analytics and suppliers to understand if special test setup is needed
  • Execute test procedures, Analyze data, Document and follow up on issues
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure end to end validation of features
  • Flash software/hardware updates to maintain test platforms (HIL,SIL and NTD benches)
  • Enter closed loop lessons learned feedback for all software/hardware issues
  • Support, write, and review evaluation reports as needed
  • Escalate Red & Yellow issues to the appropriate team members
  • Utilize HiL simulator & software tools
  • Use CAE/VDDV for Lab to Math initiatives
  • Establish automation and remote testing for bench testing


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Masters of Science degree in Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in Bench testing of ADAS features
  • Proven skills in analysis and problem solving; able to recommend solutions and provide technical guidance
  • Knowledge of laboratory practices, instrumentation, and electrical systems
  • Diagnostic troubleshooting of various test platforms
  • Experience in simulation and virtual environment
  • Experienced in Autoval or other automation script development tool
  • Experience in DOORS, INCA, Vector, dSpace, MATLAB/Simulink, NeoVi, Python and MABX
