The Team: Our global creative team consist of a diverse group of
User Experience Designers, Interaction Designers, 2D and 3D Visual
Designers, Motion Graphic Artist, Modelers and Developers. We
collaborate with the interior and exterior design studios, product
planning, brand teams, software teams, engineering, and outside
suppliers through all stages of the product development cycle. At
the core we leverage hardware, software, and strategic partnerships
to support the foundational pillars that uniquely make each product

As a UI Creative Designer, you will create the core structure,
logic, and flow of an entire vehicle infotainment system. You will
ensure consistency, simplicity and ease of use with logical and
well thought out behaviors and actions. You will use your knowledge
and passion for design trends, strategic business perspectives, and
cutting edge technology to support desired user experiences.
As a UX Creative Designer, you will be addressing our customers'
needs to shape the future of our user experience and product
direction. You will translate market trends, consumer research and
brand identity into future strategic actions, innovative business
models, and consumer value propositions.
As a 2D/3D Motion Graphics Creative Designer, you will establish
the look and feel of in-vehicle interfaces and user experiences for
all FCA brands. You will produce cutting edge, user friendly, and
visually pleasing content using 2D & 3D visual design
We are looking for a range of experience for this position.
Candidates will be routed to the appropriate position grade based
on years of experience and the complexity of that experience.
Candidates with approximately 0-5 years of experience will
generally be aligned to our Associate level interview process.
Candidates with approximately 5 years or more will generally be
aligned to our Mid-Level Professional interview process.
Below is a list of basic requirements candidates must meet in
order to qualify for the position:
- A Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction
(HCI), product design, Game Design, Entertainment Design,
Communications Design, Graphic Design, graphic design or related
UX/UI degree is ideal.
- Professional work or internship experience, as a user
experience designer, interaction designer, information architect,
game designer, graphic designer, or similar UI/UX-related
- Great communication skills and a history of teamwork and
collaboration is a must.
- A passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.
- Portfolio and or online body of work must be submitted.
