Because of our continued growth, the Customer Experience and
Success Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

recruiters, sourcing specialists, scheduling coordinators, Talent
Acquisition Leaders, HR Business Partners, and business units who
work together to hire the best talent and provide an exceptional
Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the
first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
As a Senior Recruiter your time will be spent partnering with
the business (HR, Finance, Legal) to uncover their business
requirements and walking them through the fine art of interviewing
and selection all while turning every rock to attract top diverse
talent to join our company. You are someone who thinks like a
marketer and sells like a recruiter. You understand recruiting is
not just about matching the right people with the right job but
fostering connections to our brand and ensuring every candidate has
an engaging experience. At the end of the day, you will push the
envelope and go the distance. You are a balance of goal-driven and
organized, allowing you to stay focused on the work that benefits
your candidates and hiring managers.
