Continuing this growth trend, our Marketing Team is adding a Digital UX Designer to the team. The Digital UX Designer’s primary goal is to create a digital landscape that is engaging, easy to navigate and meets our customer’s needs as they travel through their shopping journey. This role is essential in helping to guide, evolve and execute our brand within the digital space.

  • Understand our customer’s needs, motivations and goals as they travel through the phases of the RV buying and ownership experience.
  • Introduce user testing processes and tools in order to better understand and tailor our efforts around our customer’s journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer personas and their unique considerations as it relates to their digital journey.
  • Maintain an evolving understanding of consumer behaviors through in-depth competitive, industry, and user research on a regular basis.
  • Identify, address, and strategize solutions around issues impacting the customer journey and site performance.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility to solve problems effectively.
  • Ensure our customer’s digital experience is designed to easily move them onto the next action towards purchase.
  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within our websites and emails, from the layouts, to calls to action, menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts.
  • Communicate with digital and creative managers as well as functional business stakeholders to understand project goals and define design requirements for new or enhanced digital experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Equivalent experience in UX Design
  • 4+ years of UX experience along with portfolio of digital work
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (desired).
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Mastery in visual communication and graphic design fundamentals such as composition, layout, typography, color theory.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlines.
  • Confidence pitching ideas and articulating recommendations based on learnings, data and insights.
