solve healthcare, join us. RoleThe Account specialist role is a
multifaceted, field based role responsible for onboarding new
practices, conducting training, and increasing practice sales at a
consistently high level by developing and executing strategic
business plans both in person and virtually. Doctors sign the
contract to offer CandidPro aligners, but it's the practice's staff
- the office managers, treatment coordinators, hygienists, and
dental assistants - who interact the most with patients and spur
the submission of cases to Candid. You will be assigned doctors'
offices in a specific territory and serve as the integral liaison
between the office and Candid. What You'll Do Drive sales growth
and achieve sales goals and quotas within designated territory.
Prepare and execute territory business plans and sales forecasts.
Provide best-in-class training and activation experience to
CandidPro-affiliated dental practices. Train dental practices on
integrating world-class technology into their current systems and
workflows. Act as the product expert and articulate the company's
deeply-differentiated value proposition to drive sales.. Be a
dynamic sales ninja who can teach dental office teams to educate
their patients and overcome objections to close aligner sales with
consistency. Leverage continuing education events with CandidPro
providers to build brand and clinical confidence. Identify, flag,
and report friction points discovered in the field and partner with
teams across our organization to understand and eliminate them.
Diligent compliance in using Salesforce to track all activity. What
You'll Need 1-2 years demonstrated sales success in a competitive
B2B industry. Dental and/or medical device industry experience
strongly preferred. Proven success in quota achievement and over
performance in sales. Maintains integrity, high ethics and
professional codes of conduct at all times. General computer
efficiency including ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Self-starter mindset and the ability to perform at a
high level with limited direct supervision. Holds a valid driver's
license. Agility to work in a fast paced, unpredictable
environment. Must be comfortable working in clinical and patient
settings. Up to 60% travel (including overnight travel) is
