Do you love the look of a clean space? Populist Cleaning Co. is searching for a cleaner/custodian in the Wixom region. We're always on the lookout for outstanding people that share our passion for our customers and the work we perform! You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. The following are important details concerning this position:

--- Hours: Full-Time Day Shift (7.5 hours daily), part-time evenings in Wixom and Novi
--- Days: Monday - Friday
--- Pay: Day-Shift - $16.00/hour, after 90 days $0.50 raise, $16.50. Evenings - $13.50/hour, after 90 days $0.50 raise, $14.00
--- Where: Wixom, MI, and Novi, MI
--- Health Care and 401k programs (employee contribution rules apply)
--- $400 Attendance Bonus Paid out over first 90 days (rules apply)
--- We also have full-time and part-time openings (both day and night shifts) In Livonia, Plymouth, Farmington Hills, and Novi!

Responsibilities:
While every day will be different, common tasks include:
--- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
--- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes
--- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
--- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners
--- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
--- Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc

Qualifications:
--- Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
--- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
--- In good physical condition with excellent health
--- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
