Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: --- Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, scheduling interviews and employee recognition. --- Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision. --- Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, - personnel file assembly, background checks, company newsletter --- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. --- Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed. --- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. --- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential. --- File documents into appropriate employee files. Education and Experience: Associates Degree Required; Bachelors Degree Preferred. Two or more years of Human Resources office experience Required.
