This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. • Job Title: - Reactive Master Black Belt
• Location: - Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326
• Pay Rate: - $71 - $72.13 per hour on W2 - (no corp-to-corp)
• The Master Black Belt will be responsible for the resolution of BCI quality issues based on business metrics and for coaching and mentoring BCI engineers in Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin Red X methodologies.
• The Master Black Belt will provide cross-functional problem-solving support within the United States and at international locations.
• The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of reactive problem-solving methods with a proven ability to creatively apply advanced problem-solving tools to resolve non-conformance issues. Reactive Master Black Belt Job Requirements As a Reactive Master Black Belt you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of a bachelor???s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Business or Statistics, other degrees with relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Certified as a Shainin Red X Master or Master Candidate with experience in a variety of manufacturing processes.
  • Has the ability to travel freely across international borders.
  • Experience applying and coaching Kepner-Tregoe Problem Analysis.
  • The successful candidate also must be a high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions -- a self-confident leader who, in part due to his/her personal presence, style and demeanor, effectively sells ideas and solutions to others.
