They offer a generous starting salary with additional benefits such as; dental, vision and 401k.Duties & Responsibilities:Receive, review and process Ocean Export documentationTrack and trace sea freight export shipments to provide updates to the clientResponsible for compliance regulationsCalculates rates with the ability to convert pricing and ratesRegistration of shipmentsObtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportationSupports local sales efforts with timely responses to emails and rate requestsHandles the full process from A-ZHandling and resolving Export troubleshooting issuesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years in the Freight Forwarding industry2+ years in an Export positionAbility to communicate and provide great customer serviceBeing able to work independently and part of a teamKnowledge of local and international carriers and routesAble to cope under pressure and meet deadlinesGreat organizational skillsOutgoing and forward-thinking mindsetAbility to navigate and work efficiently using IT softwareThis is a direct hire, full-time, permanent position.
