Accounts Payable Clerk in Fenton, Michigan Fenton, Michigan Contract/Temp to HireLHH is partnering with a local manufacturer to find an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Fenton, MI area. This role will be very collaborative, so team players please apply! Duties: Process vendor invoices for payment Calculate and optimize discounts when applicable, verify the accuracy of general ledger coding, and 3-way match with verification of quantity and price on the purchase order. Accurately process and enter 400 - 600 invoices per week Audit, verify and process expense reports. Respond timely to phone calls and emails regarding invoice inquiries and payments. Reconcile statements from vendors; research vendor records for payment of invoices listed outstanding. Verify and resolve outstanding invoices. Assist with weekly payment runs (mostly ACH payments). Perform other special projects assigned by your manager.
