This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the CSR Manager. - Essential Job Functions:
Service customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face Take orders from customersHandle Customer billing and cash depositsAssist in separating mailPossibly prepare deposits on weekendsAble to answer main switchboard, assisting the receptionist if neededProcess driver tickets and invoicingListen to the customer queries patiently and solve it Respond to the problems of the customer promptlyMaintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner Must be articulate and a confident communicatorExtremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in MS applicationsMust demonstrate patience when communicating with customersKnowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customerCoordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters Maintain a follow up on the customer, to ensure they are satisfied with our company -Qualifications / Experience / Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience - preferredStrong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and ExcelAble to pass 7-year background check #INDAOJPowered by JazzHR
