Job Description:
Job Title: -Janitor/CustodialOperations Reports To: Janitorial
Supervisor or Site Manager -FLSA Status: Non-Exempt -Available
Shifts:1st: Mon- Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm2nd: Mon- Fri 2:00pm - 10:30pm
-Summary: Keeps premises / buildings in clean and orderly
condition. -
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other
duties may be assigned.Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges,
rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and
other work areas. Sweeps, scrubs, and polishes floor. Cleans rugs,
carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and
equipment. Polishes stainless steel bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
Washes windows, walls, door panels, and sills. Empties and change
liner in wastebaskets. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes product in dispensers throughout bathrooms, kitchen,
break and office areas. Communicate inventory levels for cleaning
supplies and consumable products Delivers clear and concise
messages to building personnel as needed. Replaces light bulbs, if
applicable. General on site errands as requested by organization
such as product deliveries, material pickups, if
