Being a vertically integrated solutions company, BuzzClan is known for their capability in the IT Services space.Position: CATIA Support Location: Detroit, MI Position: Full Time/ Permanent Skills/Description: Technical Support on CATIA V5 Application, CATIA V5 Licensing, Installation, Administration - CATIA V5 GA, Service Pack and HF installation and management SIMULIA Abaqus Installation and license Management DSLS and LUM Installation and Configuration Installation and Configuration of Flexnet licensing Good Knowledge of DS licensing portfolio Able to provide advice to customer for correct licensing module Manage the customer licenses License transfer request, License generation request Customer Media management Provide necessary media to customer Customer Service Request (bugs coordination with DS) Knowledge of CATIA Macros, Power Copies and Library management Ability to Troubleshoot various applications and system administration related issues Good knowledge in various OEM Environment setup and configuration Should be able to resolve issues and day to day delivery timeline by own Effectively communicate with customer and understanding requirement Interaction with customer for technical discussions and value addition suggestions Adhere to given SLA#s and keep customer satisfaction index high Customer issue management CATIA V5 application Part Design, assembly, drafting, Surfacing, Tolerance Analysis, DMU Navigator workbench knowledge necessary
