Job Description CNC Programmer/Operator Reports to: Chief Engineer
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt position Position Summary:
Responsible for all areas of our CNC Machine Supervisory
Responsibilities: N/A Essential Functions:Operates multiple
machines simultaneously.Completes inspection documentation, and
daily operator maintenance sheets.Makes offsets and adjustments to
machines with moderate supervision.Experience working in automated
cells (robots, conveyors, etc.)Experience with Monitoring and
changing cutting tools(inserts) as neededMaintains the work area
and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed
safety procedures.Advocates for the health and safety of self,
co-workers, customers, and the community.Support quality and
compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and
forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS).Completes all
required training.Basic blueprint knowledgeUsed to working to fine
tolerancesUnderstanding of simple mathAble to use measuring
equipment (i.e., Calipers, micrometers, Drop indicators)Knowledge
of Fanuc controls (18i-21i, 31i)Flexible, courteous, friendly and
positive approach to workOther duties as assigned
QualificationsMinimum of a High School Diploma5 - 7 years
manufacturing experience or armed services experience.Minimum 5
years machine set up and operationExperience using
MastercamExperience using various hand gages and CMMKnowledge of
fixture design, tooling application and set up Knowledge of
inspection techniquesKnowledge of IATF 149649 preferred - Strong
computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) - Excellent
written and verbal communication. - Ability to lift up to 25 Lbs.

typical office conditions, and the noise level is moderately quiet.
The position may require occasional visits to a plant location in
