Job Description:

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of high precision electronic measuring and process control equipment, is growing and currently recruiting for an Import/Export Associate. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Salary range between $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 based on experience.Import/Export Associate Duties:

Responsible for the movement of product, equipment, and material in/out of country in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and to comply with relevant local and country regulations and process.Assist with physical inventory control.Prepare various reports.Request quotes. Issue purchase orders.Verify orders for correctness.Prepare and process import/export documentation according to regulations.Provide export compliance guidance and support to all business areas.Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies. 1+ years of related experience Excellent opportunity for a supply management graduate
Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
MS Office knowledgeDetailed understanding and working knowledge of the federal regulatory requirements in the areas of U.S. export compliance and documentation, including, but not limited to Export Administration Regulations (EAR)Import/Export Associate Benefits:
