Job Description:
Job DescriptionPersonal Care Services Aides (PCSA) is a team of
individuals experienced in providing assistance with activities of
daily living skills within the comfort of their home. The PCSA team
provide services for private duty, attendant care, and home help
service clients.Personal Care Services Aides (PCSA) perform the
following job tasks:---Dressing---Bathing and Skin
care---Feeding---Mouth and Hair care---Making beds---Toileting
assistance and Catheter care---Bowel and Bladder care---Taking
vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, etc)---medications
reminder---Helping patients walk---Assisting with range-of-motion
exercises---Helping wheelchair-bound patients using safe patient
handling devices---Turning and positioning bedridden patients
regularly---Reporting all changes to the nurse---Safety
awareness---Observing, reporting, and
documentationRequirements:---One year or more hands on
experience---Background & Criminal History Clearance---Complete a
physical assessment to certify your ability to perform the duties
required of an aide without restrictions.---Be able to participate
in a day shift orientation program---Flexible Schedule
