Job Responsibilities

Understanding of the operations of drills, lathes, and milling equipment
Setting up and maintaining computer manufacturing and production machines
Programming precision computer equipment according to per-job specifications
Reading schematics, blueprints, and other documentation
Writing and maintaining inspection and programming logs and manualsJob Qualifications
Prior production and CNC manufacturing experience required
Willingness to learn how to work with robots
Analytical, problem-solving and mechanical skills
Detail oriented who can work independently
Ability and willingness to train others
Hand-eye coordination and the ability to stand for long periods
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environment
Ability to understand and follow safety and quality guidelines
Ability to read, comprehend and write English for completion of documentation and effective communication with teammates
Ability to speak English sufficiently to allow for adequate communication with teammates
