Job Description:

We seek outgoing and professional individuals to join Populist Cleaning Co as committed Floaters. A Floater is crucial to the success of the business. As a Floater, you will be cross-trained in various buildings to enable you to hop in and fill jobs as needed.

Compensation and Benefits



--- Hourly Wage Range: $15 an hour, commensurate with experience
--- Evening Shift with flexible hours:--40+ hours per week
--- Paid Time Off (PTO).--(Must request at least 14 days in advance)
--- Paid holidays
--- Health, vision, and dental insurance are available after 90 days of employment.
--- Company-provided vehicle and cell phone stipend
--- Company 401K with match after one year of employment
--- After 90 days, you will be eligible for a pay increase of $0.50 per hour with successful performance
--- If applicable, you will qualify for a $400 Attendance bonus, per the Populist Cleaning Company Guidelines

Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Order office equipment and supplies as needed
Improve skill sets through employee development programs


Qualifications:

Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
High school diploma or GED required
