*Training is held at the SVS Vision Corporate office, Hybrid schedule starts after training*

SVS Vision Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for the online presence of the company. Specialists create a positive impression while answering inquiries from the SVS Vision website, reviews, appointments, and inbound phone calls to the corporate office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hybrid schedule after training is completed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and maintain accuracy
  • Maintains confidentiality in all areas of responsibility
  • Answering Call Center Multi-line telephone calls
  • Handling high volume of customer calls
  • Detailed attention to patients' needs and concerns
  • Processing web-based inquiries from ticket platform
  • Assist with eligibility and insurance questions
  • Assist with order and receipt breakdown
  • Assist with warranty and product information
  • Exhibits excellent work ethic
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong organizational abilities
