We offer a flexible hybrid work schedule and this position will be part time, 20 hours per week.Description: Projects and duties may include the following:Storing invoices in Docuware Workflow System (entering/ reviewing invoice data)Process invoices in Docuware and entering invoices into our ERP systemResearch/ resolution - GRN issues - work with plant locationsPricing issues - send detail to buyers to resolveAssist/ support with supplier data in Aura WorkflowIdeal Candidate: Student attending an accredited undergraduate program, working towards an accounting, finance, or business degree. Seeking Freshman through Junior level students. Min GPA: 2.80. Successful co-op will be a self-starter, with excellent communication skills. Seeking local candidates only; no housing offered.
