The Sr. Packaging Documentation Specialist (Hybrid) will provide packaging documentation expertise and support for projects within BU's. This position supports large initiatives within integration, separation, value enhancement, regulatory and drive various continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging documentation within BU's
Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a representative owner and subject matter expert for the business to drive through successful change and continuous improvements, as well as provide an advisory service to the wider community regarding packaging documentation.
• Collaborate with the wider Packaging community to drive projects that impact efficiencies and sharing of best practices.
• Identify and deploy continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging process through changes in process design.
• Actively partner with R&D and Regional Packaging teams and other relevant functions to drive global standards and any regional deviations.
• Lead knowledge sharing forum across sites and functions to drive adoption of best practices and to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of programs and changes that have been recently implemented.
• Partner with artwork teams within the BU to drive performance against KPIs and timeline delivery. Why you?
  Basic Qualifications:
  We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 + years packaging processes Preferred Qualifications:
    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Packaging, or Design.
    • Detail oriented
    • Experience using Acrobat Pro, adobe, palletization software.
    • Documentation/Data entry experience.

The salary range for this role is: $82,000 to $95,000 plus a 12% bonus.
