The Stellantis SWX organization supports new connected car applications used by Stellantis customers, covering a myriad of technologies and systems and ranges from in-vehicle to off board systems. The systems are complex in that they cover cloud platforms, user channels, back-office systems, contact centers, various partners, and integration with third party systems. All of these systems are developed to support high availability and fast response as expected by our customers. In addition, the connectivity systems developed by Stellantis are global (build once deploy globally) with regional adaptations. The responsibilities of the SWx OP4C Platform Operations NA Regional Lead include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage the day-to-day activities of the NA support team with a focus on reducing MTTR while having issues fixed correctly the first timeMonitor, detect and address incidents that impact any connected services or software functionalityTroubleshoot and triage incidents to appropriate teamsOversee the handling of major incidents to make sure all actions are being taken to quickly restore serviceIdentify and implement real-time or synthetic monitoring to avoid customer impactSmoke/regression testing to ensure production environment is working as expectedChange managementRequest management and knowledge managementImplement process improvementsManagement reporting, operational coordination, and communicationCoordination between all pillars of the connected vehicle organization (commercial, marketing, hardware, software, suppliers, etc.) EOE/Disability/Veteran PDN-99213776-6631-47f5-9d82-206a4f71cbc2
