    • Our service advisors offer world-class customer service while acting as a liaison between our respected customers and our skilled and licensed technician team
    • No prior service advisor experience necessary! Focused sessions with a Certified Trainer will be conducted periodically to help you succeed Responsibilities
      • Welcomecustomers in a timely, friendly manner and obtainnecessary vehicle information
      • Advise customers on necessary services, recalls, routine maintenance and other repairs needed
      • Review service contract options and vehicle protectionplans based on customer needs
      • Preparerepair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates
      • Compose detailed descriptions of customer concerns on repair orders to familiarize technicians on work to perform
      • Explain all diagnoses, work performed, andany repair order charges to the customer
      • Help identify mechanical problems by carefully listening to customer concerns, doing visual inspections,and if needed, conducting road tests
      • Answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and always maintain excellent communication
