Job Description:

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator Remote.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process inbound calls from members, physicians, and clients
Conduct outbound call projects for enrollment and customer satisfaction
Maintain patient charts, validate demographic information, and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year office experience in a similar role
Direct experience in telehealth support function preferred
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work remotely
