Sonic Title-- is seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned title professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient closings. In this role, you will be responsible for file management, processing, pre-balancing, post-closing, and conducting in-house closings. If you have a strong background in title, escrow, or mortgage operations and are looking for an opportunity to contribute at a high level, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
--- File Management & Status Updates - Keep transactions on track, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
--- Processing & Pre-Balancing - Work closely with the escrow officer to review and finalize closing figures before settlement.
--- Post-Closing File Management - Ensure all post-closing tasks are completed, including document tracking and compliance checks.
--- In-House Closing Execution - Serve as the primary in-house closer, conducting signings and ensuring a smooth client experience.
--- Cross-Functional Support - Step in wherever needed to support operations and keep files moving efficiently.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum 2 years of experience in title, escrow, or mortgage operations.
--- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title processes, and compliance.
--- Experience with file processing, pre-balancing, and post-closing.
--- Ability to professionally conduct loan signings and closings.
--- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
--- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
