Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Compensation: Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000



Join a growing manufacturer known for its quality craftsmanship and career development opportunities. We're hiring skilled Welder Fabricators for a full-time opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift. If you're an experienced MIG and TIG welder with strong blueprint reading skills and a drive to grow, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Perform complex welds on stainless steel and nickel alloys using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW techniques
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Complete high-quality welds in various positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead)
Operate basic measuring tools (tape measures, micrometers, calipers)
Work independently with accountability for quality and timing
Contribute to a high-performing and safety-focused team

Requirements

5+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience
At least one active welding certification (GMAW or GTAW)
Strong math skills - including converting fractions to decimals
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Basic tools required (weld hood, tape measure, square, wire cutters, etc.)
Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus

Shift Options

1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime available weekly)
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (+ $2/hr shift differential)
Must be able to work two Saturdays per month
