Job Description:

MEMBER SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE Mortgage Center is searching for a Member Solutions Representative to join the incredible Member Solutions team in Southfield. This person will communicate with our members who are falling behind in their mortgage payments, and assist them in finding ways to get caught back up or get into a modified loan. Someone who will be successful in this role has these qualities and skills:

• An outgoing, confident personality. Someone who is able to put people at ease is critical for this role.
• Outstanding communication skills. This role requires A LOT of communication with our credit union members. Conversations will need to be direct and honest, but also sympathetic and understanding, as there will be difficult messages to deliver to our members.
• Fantastic phone etiquette, with a passion for being on the phone with our members.
• Excellent Critical Thinking, Analytical, and Time Management skills.
• Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. We're looking for someone with...
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a customer service driven industry. Mortgage and/or collections experience is a huge plus, but is not required. (We can give the right person the knowledge and information.)
  • Experience in filing foreclosure claims - a huge plus!
