Region: USA (US) Worksite: Canton-6801 Location: Canton , MI Primary Responsibilities: * Clean, enter, manipulate and analyze salary survey data. * Assist with the design of compensation philosophies and strategies that attract, reward and retain employees * Conduct job leveling using Mercer's job evaluation methodologies to build the foundational construct for our global grading compensation program * Edit job profiles; collaborating with HR Business partners to understand, clarify/validate profile content * Develop and review presentation decks to support project work * Attend stakeholder and project status meetings * Research and translate job content, responsibilities, accountabilities and expertise into simple summaries or modify existing summaries suitable for system upload and concise reference materials for HR functions and leadership Requirements * Working towards bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or other quantitative degree preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0 * Proficient in the usage of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; any SharePoint experience is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Some work experience within a corporate environment is highly preferred (i.e. prior internships/co-ops, part-time job).
