Job Description:

Jefferson Wells is seeking a Business Analyst consultant for an automotive client in the Metro Detroit area. Digital Marketing is critical part of our client's brands customer experience. As such there is great opportunity to constantly improve the products and services that our client offers our customers. One key of this critical cycle is their ability to consistently track, aggregate, interpret and act on data.Today they offer a variety of shopping tools and buying tools across several digital properties. Each of these tools has the potential to "tell a story" of how they can improve and connect their digital experiences. This roll is all about framing the data, identifying, and filling gaps, establishing consistency in reporting, and developing actionable insights for our shopping and buying tools. The primary scope is the North American markets, however certain other markets are also priority.Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate data across the shopping and buying tools. Develop trend charts, dashboards, etc.
  • Proactively confirm any tagging needs or outages
  • Establish and track performance against benchmarks
  • Track both individual tool performance and opportunities AND establish larger framework that looks at how we measure across the customer journey and aggregate this larger view.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all shopping and buying tool metrics.
  • Working with client and vendor partners to provide direction on future enhancements.
  • Work cross functionally with the CX, brands, agency partners and client teams to source data and provide actionable insights.
  • Understand customer online shopping and buying behaviors to maximize consumer shopping experience while deriving benefit for the brands. Instill data drive decisions and a/b testing mindset.
  • Flexibility to pitch in on other projects as needed.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably on consumer facing websites
    • Strong project management skills
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization
    • Ability to comprehend technical concepts
    • Experience with vendor management
    • OEM experience and understanding of automotive and dealership
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
