Job Description:

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is actively looking for an Automotive Data Analyst, to join their Product Support team in Auburn Hills, MI! This role will require candidates to be onsite 2-3 times a week.
*This is an ongoing W2 contract with benefits, PTO, and paid holidays!*
You will be supporting a team that is the primary quality liaison between the factories and the organization. You will develop, implement, and maintain technical warranty claim categorizations within their internally-developed text mining too. You will also be involved in factory meetings, support technical projects, and new vehicle launches.
Responsibilities

• Review technical warranty claim output on a weekly basis
• Work directly with Product Support Engineers to understand topic categorizations
• Support the internal data team projects using automotive technical knowledge
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Management, or related
  • 2+ years of analytics experience
  • Prior experience working with Business Objects
  • Automotive Technical knowledge
  • Prior Warranty experience is a plus
