This role requires communication and collaboration with many departments throughout the company. Ideal candidates are analytical, process oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high growth, data and operationally driven environment. The candidate should have a solid business understanding of the B2B sales cycle and Subscription sales, strong verbal and written communication skills and top-notch Excel and data manipulation skills as well as strong attention to detail. -Reporting and Analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders in Sales Leadership; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representativesBusiness Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows within Digital Workspace Specialist Product areas: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentationSupport WW Digital Workspace Product Business Planning; including targets for Bookings and Headcount and related Investment Plans in partnership with FinanceManage Quota-setting and compensation for WW Digital Workspace Specialist Product Teams; composition of Commission plans and payouts on achievement. Address Field questions relating to Quotas and CommissionProvide Business Operational support and coordination for Specialist Product programs, promotions, pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives as requested by leadershipPartner with other teams, including marketing and strategy, in creation of targeted customer listsAudit data integrity in Salesforce, and other systems and assist with pipeline and forecast management cadence.Assist with special projects as requestedRequired Skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field2 - 4 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or strategyEffective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of an organizational hierarchyStrong learning capabilities, and ability to adopt change quickly and effectivelyVery detailed and process orientedStrong business and financial acumenEffective organizational, multi-tasking and excellent time management skills, service orientedA self started capable of self motivation and working independentlyExperience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and business intelligence best practicesRequires a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniquesAdvanced MS Excel skills and experience with advanced data transformation using Excel or other ETL tools such as AlteryxExperience building reports and dashboards in a CRM tool; Salesforce highly preferredPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Subscription sales, and/or the B2B sales cycleHighly motivated self-starter who is always looking for a new challengeSuperb critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsNaturally curiousExecution-orientedHome Office - Anywhere in the United States#LIRemote#WWSSThis job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsored by VMware.This job may require the candidate to comply with travel restrictions and/or work from a facility that requires full vaccination prior to entry.
