The primary purpose of this position is to provide project
management for the deployment of energy and sustainability
technology platforms across CBREs Global Workplace Solutions
customer base. Along with energy and sustainability platform
project management this position will also provide ongoing
operational management and data analysis of the technology
platforms to ensure CBRE service delivery across national and

In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end project
management of multiple projects running simultaneously. You will
ensure that project goals are achieved by effective project
planning, timely identification of risks & issues, management of
stakeholder expectations, removal of obstacles to project success
and management of task inter-dependencies. When assigned to the
ongoing management of a specific customer deployment you will be
responsible for ensuring that the technology tools that have been
deployed meet the expectations of our internal and external
clients. In addition, you may also work with business leaders to
create policies, execute corporate initiatives, and participate in
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and executes complex cross-functional projects and programs
end-to-end following formal PMO process. Ensures that all functions
remain on schedule, that budgets are met and that issues get
escalated and resolved appropriately. Facilitates meetings to
review active and pending projects (project pipeline).
Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and lead project
team(s) through implementation and completion. Manages internal and
external relationships in support of program(s) including vendors
Supports development and maintenance of the E&S technology
roadmap, bringing to bear subject matter expertise and

Project management experience in an engineering, technology or
software implementation environment.
Experience as a technical product manager working with technical
and non-technical resources to execute and deliver positive client
Experience in energy and/or environmental management for large
organizations, particularly with respect to energy, carbon, water
and/or waste inventories.
Experience with data analytics to evaluate for trends, anomalies,
and savings opportunities preferably within energy and
Minimum of 2 years of client management experience with a major
consulting, technology or professional services firm.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Prefer
a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Management,
Commerce and Engineering or Engineering or related degree. Minimum
4 years of project/product management experience required.
Experience with energy and sustainability data and business
intelligence with platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, R, and
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Program management, Project management or data science professional
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business
documents. Ability to respond effectively to urgent and sensitive
issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to make effective and
persuasive presentations on complex topics to colleagues,
management and clients.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to
calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and
return on investment. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to solve problems, prioritize responsibilities and manage
interactions and engagements in a professional manner. Requires
intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Organizational
skills and the ability to think critically. Decisions made with
understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set
results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Strong process, organization, decision-making and analytical skills
are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management
processes, tools and techniques. Responsible for setting and
meeting project deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and internal
responsibilities effectively. Ability to build and maintain
effective professional/client relationships.

and experience. The targeted salary for the Energy Sustainability
Sr Performance Analyst position is $100,000 annually [or $48.08 per
hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and
experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
