Description The Software Quality Analyst ensures that the product
fulfills high quality standards for automotive applications. Being
organizationally independent, will provide an objective and fact
based evaluation of the product maturity, the SW quality status
(4-eye principle) and supports the project leader in the
identification, visualization and communication of risks and
opportunities.- Ensures data quality of metrics (Goal: Transparency
from Start of Development)- Incoming inspection for re-used code
(Goal: Avoidance of hidden risks)- Works with developers, product
owners - Define reviewing concept strategy for different artifacts
of development, spot-check of independent deliverables (Goal:
independent reviews)- Supports story analysis and test case
specification (Goal: requirements based testing)- Doing test
coordination for linked teams (Goal: planning at the right time)
Comment: overall test strategy in review by System Engineer Product
Quality- Doing test coordination for linked teams: Coordination of
the left side of the V model, make sure the teams work in the same
structure, definitions, attributes, ...- Coordination of test
centers for test activities for linked teams- Release of test
related metrics, support with the quality of metrics created based
on this information (Goal: Ensure Continuous Improvement)- Release
of test reports (Goal: Independent Review)- Identification,
collection and tracking of V&V risks => reporting to System
EPQ and Line Engineering Management (Goal: Fast re-action on gaps)-
Close cooperation of Q-Analyst with test coordinatorsOccasional
travel to Bosch manufacturing and customer locations (10-15%).
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:* BS in Engineering, computer
science or comparable course of study* Experience participating in
software development, as well as the associated processes and tools
(GIT, BitBucket, CI/CX, JIRA) in the automotive environment*
Knowledge of project and/or quality management* Knowledge of
development-accompanying methods (e.B. FMEA) and standards (e.g.
functional safety for automotive - ISO26262, MISRA, etc.), *
Knowledge of process maturity models (e.g. ASPICE) are desirable
but not absolutely necessary, willingness to deal with these topics
and to familiarize yourself with them is requiredPreferred
Qualifications:* Good understanding of Software QA methodologies,
tools and processes.* Experience in software development and
software quality assurance, with creating reports, generating and
tracking status of software quality metrics (not number of
defects)*.** Experience in project management (project planning and
tracking, risk management).* Experience with Bosch Engineering and
Business processes.* Strong communication, negotiation and team
moderation skills and ability to manage time and workload
constraints.* Capable of effectively communicating to various areas
of the organization.* Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and
program management skill.* Knowledge with QAC, Bauhaus, Coverty as
well as Doors and RTC* software coding practices/knowledge.*
Well-grounded knowledge in application of quality methods and
problem solving tools (8D, Six Sigma, FMEA, FTA, DRBFM, 3x5 Why's,
Ishikawa).* Knowledge of process reference models (eg. ASPICE,
CMMI).* Fluent foreign Language (i.e German). Additional
